Environmental Testing
Radon Testing
It's a fact -- radon is frequently found in high concentrations in Indiana homes, and is a genuine health risk to occupants. For this reason, the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recommends that every home sold be tested for Radon presence. We offer the standard EPA 48 hour test using state of the art continuous monitoring equipment from Radalink, the most prestigious name in the industry. This gives us the unique ability to deliver test results on the SAME DAY as the test is completed.
Well Water Testing
When private water supply sources need testing, we can provide the service - from taking samples to delivery of test results. We use only Indiana State Department of Health Certified test laboratories, and deliver the results directly to you and/or your client.

Inspections
Seller Inspections
Having a home "pre-inspected" is a growing trend which can be a great benefit to your home-selling clients. It not only provides improved disclosure confidence, it also allows for the client to have any required restitution made in a much more timely and cost effective manner. We can also provide the client with guidance on restitution and, if desired, recommendations on improving the salability of the home.
Buyer Inspections
Our certified inspector combines technical ability with a personable approach for the client. In addition to our standard reports, we can also provide comprehensive "on the spot" report for clients attending the inspection. For absentee clients, computer generated photo reports are available, and can be supplied in electronic format for ease of transmission. Follow up inspections and support are always available to inspection customers.

Maintenance
When you need maintenance or repair services for your listed properties, we can help. And we are available seven days a week for maintenance, minor repairs, and those inevitable "emergencies" that can delay closings and ruin open houses.

Everyone needs advice from time to time. Homeowners often desire ideas on what their options might be, and we are happy to accommodate. As historic preservation specialists and members of national, state, and local historic preservation organizations, we will gladly offer guidance on restoring and preserving historically significant residences.
